Life has woven me into a full spectrum: from shadows that tested my spirit to moments that transformed me into pure magic. The weight of expectations—both our own and others'—can gradually pull us away from the clarity and purpose that ignited our visions. I've witnessed how even the most mission-driven among us lose touch with our core when the noise grows louder than our inner compass.

I've felt the drift myself, watched colleagues struggle with it, and learned that growth and success can pull any of us away from our mission and even our vision.
