Our Journey
10HOUSES began as a seed of an idea in 2014, during a leadership summit in Rwanda. What started as a question about how people lead and live well grew into a long practice of gathering: house to house, table to table, community to community.
Our Journey
From 2019 to 2023, the vision was shaped and tested through the Mastery Of Peace post‑graduate program. Those years deepened the work from concept into lived and collaborative method: learning to build trust, hold complexity, and create spaces where leaders can become more fully themselves.
In 2023, 10HOUSES was incorporated as an LLC, giving structure to what had already been real in relationships and shared practice. In April 2026, we launch publicly. We step forward with a simple belief: true wealth is not only what we earn, but how we live. It is well‑being, meaningful relationships, and the strength of community—and we are here to build the conditions where those can grow.
